All, Just remember that although some of you may be on the merit list and waiting for a "yes" or "no", continue to strive to make yourself better and better. If for some reason you do get a "no", you will have a head start on the next application round if you choose to apply again the next year.

Really. I know 5 or 6 people in my year who were accepted into the ROTP with 1 to 1.5 years remaining of their degree and are currently studying at RMC alongside me. There's always special circumstances.

I know a first-year student here at RMC who currently holds a B.Sc. degree. He is now in the ROTP pursuing a B.Eng degree. So yes, your friend would be considered, but that doesn't mean he/she will be accepted into the plan.

It's a possibility that your recruiter mixed up the orientation dates for CMR and RMC Kingston. The orientation date for those going to RMC Kingston is August 8 as stated on their website. Either way, just ensure that you get a hold of your recruiter to clarify.

For those out of CFRC Hamilton, our briefing and paperwork is July 5th. Swearing-in is July 6th. :salute:
