Question about ROTP degrees

This question is for a friend of mine rather than me. He has a non-engineering university degree already and is considering joining the forces. If he applies to an engineering position for ROTP, would they even consider putting him through RMC to get an engineering degree or is he just out of the running?

I know a first-year student here at RMC who currently holds a B.Sc. degree. He is now in the ROTP pursuing a B.Eng degree.

So yes, your friend would be considered, but that doesn't mean he/she will be accepted into the plan.
