Just for the record, CCUE and FOCE (Flying Operational Clothing Ensemble) are not projects, ithey are an initiatives. For the majority of the CAF that distinction dose not mean much, but for those that deal with funding the difference between project and initative means a lot.

The sizing info that DSSPM usually provides to industry is from the 2012 Canadian Forces Anthropometric Survey (CFAS) that was done by DRDC Toronto. For the Canadian Army Service Dress they also measured another roughly 500 soldiers to gain additional measurements that were not in the 2012 CFAS.

They are also using this as an opportunity to make the uniforms more inclusive by fixing the sizing/fit of the uniforms.
