A regulation track is 400m..A high school track is a regulation track..therefore 6 laps = 2.4km on the .  It's really not that hard I could run 8 in 12 minutes those annual 12 minute runs in grade 10 and i went down significantly couldnt run much and last 2 months i went from 2km in 12 minutes...

It all depends on each persons situation..My CFAT, Interview, PT was the same day a week after my Application was in, and Medical almost a month after. I know guys who have done all of these things in one day

The next Co-Op program starts on Feb 20th..Unless you're currently in the process or getting sworn in this week..You will most likely have to apply for the course next semester which means you will be on the course for September or 2007.

If you're going thru "high school" by which I assume thru the Co-Op program your papers might get rushed through to make the deadlines for the course..and normally it might take a bit longer if not thru co-op but I dont see much of a difference..Considering your Medical goes fine, your PT goes...

Yeah, I'm calling them tommorow..but I was wondering If anyone here knew..everytime I call there it says Dial the extention of the person..I dont have an extension for anyone and it says to leave a message press # key when I do that it takes me back to the previous menu so im not completely sure...

I'm getting sworn in tommorow night at 7:30 pm I live in Brampton when i got my call out of excitement I forgot to ask my recruiter where am I getting sworn in? Is it at the Mississauga Recruiting Centre? That's where I did my Medical, Physical, CFAT, and Interview..Or is it at my Reserves...

It also depends on your course and location I guess, I just spoke to my Sarg. at the CFRC. I'm doing my BMQ/SQ Through my Co-Op program..Which is the Reserves. However The Lorne Scots dont have a weapons tech..and thats what im going for..so he has assured me that it will take no more then a few...

I would do it reg f to start with but..This way i get my 4 credits for high school which means i graduate get my high school diploma and during the summer get a component transfer to Reg F.. :salute:

I can swim pretty well but i might fail the treading part.. I'm going swimming 3-4 times a week BMQ starts on Feb 20th but I cant tread more then 10 seconds  ^-^ im practising so you never know i might be able to do 2 minutes but even if i don't no harm done..just practise a bit more after BMQ's...

As a weapons tech or a Vehicles technician what are your chances of getting deployed anywhere...one of the reasons I love the CF is the travelling part I did search didnt find anything regarding these 2 trades and deployement anyone who does this job or knows anything about it let me know  ;)
