I wonder how this will sit on the gun control debate. One article says he was a member of a shooting club, so it is possible the gun (guns?) were legally obtained threw their strict firearms licensing.  Norway however does not allow concealed carry and is very strict on where guns can be used...

I've talked to a few folks on here who have done that and am seriously considering it myself.  This thread could have potentially been valuable asking what similarities and differences both organizations have instead of a simply "what's better".

If that is the case, I would agree finding the right medium would be ideal, just the impression I got from others was that they are interested in more than what is needed for these events.  edit: I suppose also the standard will be very different for everyone. -Steve

Yup, you got it, it's an American Marmon Herrington CTLS-4TAY. They saw some action against the Japanese in WW2.  M1 Combat car is a good guess, but it is tracked.  I could sort of see the LVT profile also. -Steve
