The Badge depicted in the picture above is indeed the '10 Mountain Division' badge which is currently in Command of Regional Command South. Canada does have some personnel working and posted to this HQ and it's D/Comd is a Canadian BGen.

Queen's Medal for Championship Shot (Medal)
Marksmanship Championship Badge (Brass/Silver Rifle worn below the medal(s)/ribbon(s))
Annual Marksmanship Badge (Crossed Rifle with or without Crown) - Sgt & Below

They definitely have a lot of Medals & Ribbons. One of the US Air Force Officers that worked with me in Afghanistan received a total of 6 Medals/Ribbons for his 6 month tour. A bit excessive I think.
Considering one already went up the river to the Rimouski Museum in Quebec, I doubt another one would see the same fate. And due to the ITAR rules, I highly doubt that it would be sold off as anything but a Museum piece. Make more sense it dismantlement in my opinion.
