I'm in the NCR so the dress of the day is 3B; the member in question wear ribbons everyday. We are getting him the 3 rosette ribbons from the clothing store and starting 30 Apr (that's when he will be eligible according to his MPRR) i gave him the go ahead to start wearing it. Once we get the...
Just to clarify, by CD 3 i meant 42 years of service. The member will be eligible on the 30 Apr and i have told him that he could wear the ribbon at that time. When/if the box shows up before he retires it will be presented at one of our quarterly H&A ceremony.
I have a member due for his CD 3 :o at the end of the month and he will probably be out of the CF (CRA) later this summer. My question is can he wear his CD 3 ribbon based on eligibility date or does he have to wait until he is presented with it at an H&A ceremony? The reason i am asking is...
Good day everyone, ok i know what the dress manual says:
20. Except as noted below, the CF universalpattern
button shall be worn.
21. All navy personnel shall wear navy buttons.
22. Army personnel below the rank of colonel
(less those holding Royal or honorary appointments –
see...
Just to clarify, Merit Criterias (MC) are different from one occupation to the next. This is why some get points for OPMEs (forever) and others do not. DMILC has nothing to do with the drafting of those MCs other they issuing a yearly message stating the arcs of fire (60% performance and 40%...
I don't think you can. The info below was taken from the CMP site.
14.5.06 Limitations - future relocation benefits
When an early IPR relocation is exercised, CF members are no longer eligible to further IPR relocation benefits or reimbursements during their current terms of service, even if...
I would say that at least 50% make a career out of it. I spent 7 years with the vandoos and the only reason i left was because germany was closing and i didn't feel like going back to valcatraz...
From a CE NCM point of view, although we wear Army and AF DEUs we can and are posted with all 3 elements and when it comes to postings we are colour blind meaning that we try to post the best person for the job regardless of DEU. We have pers (AF DEU) who have spent their entire career with the...
With your background the CEO Occupation would be perfect for you. Right now they have so many vacancies at the Capt/Maj level and people are getting promoted too
quickly. A more mature pers like you with the quals you already possess would definetely stand out in a crown of kids who don't...
JB, the Const Engrs include the following trades: CE Officer, RM tech, ED tech, EGS tech, PH tech, WFE tech, Const tech and FF. They go on the same deployments
as everybody else (usually more often because the trades are small).
As idicated before as a CEO you would not be dedicated your time solely to electrical issues. Also, there are no longer any static power plant operated by EGS techs,
the only time you would be operating would be on deployments. Which part of the country are you from? We have one reserve...
I was just wondering if anyone out there has done the course and if you did what did you think of it? Looks like i might be going on it next APS...
Thanks,
Yes i did see that one in the CFP but although it says "Authorized formation patches shall be worn on army service dress and smock" there is nothing in there that clearly states that the other elements aren't allowed to wear it.
You know that in todays CF kids want to know why...
Good day all, need some help tracking down a reference. In the Const Engineers we have 4 units (ACTs) attached to the CERs. Got a question from one of the boys in Edmonton. Why can't Air Force personnel were the 1 CMBG shoulder path on their uniform? I have been looking on line and in the...
