Start with voluntary departures with incentives.
cut anyone with over 35 years
Reclassify a bunch of positions
Merge units and business lines while dumping redundancy
I have no doubt that the sacrifices will include program cuts and I would not be surprised to see something with OAS.
Or, maybe national service is the sacrifice…
Either way Tuesday will be telling.

Imagine, the new service dress but all wearing the old gabardine or Canex jacket or rain gear. Or Cadpat over the new DEU.
It will be like a start trek movie uniform transition period or a paintball game full of uniforms from everywhere.
