Sorry but what you have posted is nothing new and has already been posted in the other CFAT threads.  What you have done, if the Mods don't merge with the other threads, is created another complete waste of bandwith.  People who need info on the CFAT should do a fracking search. out.

When you are enrolled you will be given a leave pass with so many days of Leave Without Pay (LWOP) and once that LWOP period is complete, usually the first day of classes or the first day of training, if required, you will start to get paid for your service.  Don't spend it all at once.

The RMO is in Ottawa but used to be in Borden.  Some people, including CFRC/D personnel, don't know this or have forgotten.

Not happy about the potential fingerprint delay does not not impress me but that is life. Hmmmm, did you happen to check the box that you have been convicted of a criminal offence?  If so don't you think the CF wants to know more about that?

Figure a few months for fingerprints.  As the offers are accepted the number of positions available decrease not when someone applies or completes the process.  If there are any available spots they will be filled by the most suitable applicant.  If that is you then you will get an offer.
