Hi I'd thought I'd throw  this question out! Has anybody had been fingerprinted because of something stupid you did in the past? I was told it could take  up to 6 months to get this back then yet also I've heard that it usually dos'nt take that long. I was also wondering when you finally do...

Question for anybody????? Has anybody had to get an Enhanced realibility Check done.(ERC) for short and if you did how long did you have to wait? My medical came back approved but I‘ve been waiting for the ERC for a little over a month now. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Cath

My Medical came back last week with a Green Light! It took a little over 6 weeks! Now I‘m hoping that ERC dose‘nt take too long. I do realize that it may take time and so I will wait patiently. :salute:

One more thing Koach I heard from my recruiter in Ottawa that things are pretty backed up, for example just to get a CFAT it‘s about a month‘s wait. And interview and medical another couple of months. Cath

It is my understanding that they require finger prints if something on the security check shows a red flag (done something stupid in the past). :salute:

It is my understanding (though I could be wrong) that every Tuesday there is a new bunch of recruits starting and on Sundays another bunch graduating. It‘s almost like a revolving door. Good luck to you!

Go down to the recruiting office and ask for any information on physical training to get you prepared for the test. There is a booklet with a small CD rom produced by the CF. :)
