I heard that recruiters give you a training program to help you with your physical part of the tests. Does anyone have a copy of this that can be emailed to me or posted on here?

Go down to the recruiting office and ask for any information on physical training to get you prepared for the test. There is a booklet with a small CD rom produced by the CF.

Yeah, just head to the Recruiting Center. I‘ve got the package, and the CD is pretty cool. It‘s a Flash application with video clips detailing how each exercise is expected to be done.
