Protein does get absorbed quicker if combined with carbs ( usually a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein) because it causes an insulin spike, the only time you really have to (using that term loosely) mix it with water instead of milk is post workout because milk will slow down the absorption process...

I'm just going to toss this out there. Are you keeping your elbows locked out when you're crossing the monkey bars? Have you ever tried keeping a slight bend in your elbows to take some stress off your shoulder joint and transfer it to your biceps/lats? If you can seriously do 20 proper pullups...
Seems to be the other way around, from my perspective, at-least from the guys I know that are going to BMQ Sept.5th with me. Most of them are mid 20's to early 30's. Age is not a factor either way, (sarcasm) at-least not until you hit the big 5 0 (sarcasm) :whiteflag:

103 pages of examples for you, took me about 4-5 months until job offer, however, I know people that have been applying for 2+ years and still haven't gotten in.

There's no guarantee that infantry is going to be open next April, nor is there a guarantee that you will get a spot if it does open up. I'd personally recommend researching other occupations that may interest you to improve your chances of a job offer in the future. :2c: Go down to your local...
If one of you guys gets a chance, could you explain how this electronic trial works? Are there set times when you're allowed to use them? What types of devices? I Just find it kind off odd, always figured all electronics were locked up for the duration of BMQ.
You never know what you can accomplish if you're to scared to try. Anyone can do it, if they're prepared. There are no trick questions on the test, best advice, get a GED book, it will teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the test.
