For this lesson, it would be better to have Stage 1 as the raising of the arm, and Stage 2 as the lowering of the arm. If you had read the Drill Manual (as has been posted) you would know this.

How do you become too good for another CLI?

At vernon the bad company does just about the exact same as any other company. The common military training is the same for all courses of a specific level, but the music requirement if so much greater for the band courses, than say the coaching skills for the Rifle Coach course.

Without knowing her personally, I will venture to guess that James is her last name. Cadets seem to enjoy just referring to each other by their last name, without any ranks or initials or anything.

The practice exams that you get in Pac Region are actual tests from previous years, so yes, the questions are generally similar, but are often just worded differently.
