First World War officially ends as Germany pays off its debt

I'll just say that France was the biggest backer of monetary reparations and leave it at that.

A report as to responsivness For the last few days (7 or so) any clicking of a mission brings up a blank screen with no refresh within a reasonable time 10 min +.  The same occurs when inventory is purchased. The mission is recorded eventually but it certainly affects the playability. I...

Aussie Prime Minister calls for Republic when the Queen dies

Except that if we are getting rid of the monarchy, the constitution wouldn't have validity since the constitution is dependant on the authority of the to be abolished monarchy.

The men who defined the 'Dunkirk spirit' - BBC News

US veteran returns art album taken from Hitler's villa

So who exactly is it being given back to ? Considering it was confiscated (stolen) from an Italian family by Il Duce surely it should be going back them and not the German government.

    Royal in Regimental Name.

As just one example..,. I was wondering about the source of the Royal in The Royal Regiment of Canada; They carry "Royal" because of their direct lineage to the 10th Battalion, Royal Grenadiers who gained it from their active service in 1866 during the Fenian Raids. The regiment was originally...
