Thanks for the advise. I was in Haiti back in 96 and spent my 72hr leave in Santo Domingo. Got good and drunk and spent all my money on mostly in the shops. I will probably go to Punta Cana, just need to nail down the spring break dates so I avoid that.
Hi all. I'm looking at going to the DR next spring for a week to 10 days. I have been checking out all the resort websites and travel sites such as Tripadvisor, expedia, etc. I am look for an all inclusive place, around 2 to 3 grand for the week. I was just curious if any of you have been to...
Read the Leave Manual, Section 8. Back Packing probably would not accepted as grounds for LWOP. You can take LWOP for up to 14 days for personnel reasons with the COs approval, 30 day with the Command of a Command approval, and over 30 with CDS approval. So, if you want a year off you will...
QL5 is offered after 18 months enrollment, provided you have completed your QL3 and the pre-QL5 package. This package will be/should be given to you by your current supervisor. Oh and Acting/Lacking Corporals usually get priority on any QL5 courses running.

ME: There are windows open at the school
BLOGGINS: They we closed Friday
ME: They are open now.
BLOGGINS: Do you want me to...
I am sure other trades have just as many bad apples. However, I am a 28 year Reg Force clerk so I am not qualified to comment on the other trades.
But as a clerk I can comment on mine. Yes the trade has problems. Mainly amalgamation, lack of experienced personnel who can teach, promotions...
And you won't anything saying annual is not part of travel. Annual is annual and relocation is relocation. They are two separate things and not interchangeable. Having said that you may, if you wish, take annual leave in conjunction with your relocation leave.
As stated a couple of times...
I would like to put dashcam in my car and record the morons driving in and out of Borden. The base has turned two roads into one way and now people think they are on Hwy 400. The speed limit is still 60 but that doesn't seem to mater and then there are the illegal lane changes.
