The ongoing care is for high blood pressure (resting 135/86/64 up to 150/95/79 after exercise) so they didn't want to give him a chit just in case something happened. He's had this high BP all his life.

He did not say he wanted to have long hair or anything. He is stating that there are different standards for both sexes and , I am assuming, that he dosnt think the ladies should have so many choices when males do not. I just dont think he wrote it down to well. I think we need more detail in this.

The amount of Officers I see in shopping centres and Home Depot etc who seem to think they dont have to wear headdress is amazing!
