When I have to sit in a hospital for 5+hrs with an MHA, only to find out they were discharged an hour after I leave is the most infuriating. Why? Because not only does it mean I've wasted my time trying to get them help but it also means the system is broken.
Preference in legislation; maybe not. But the employer may have a personal preference to hire former CF personnel because of their better discipline, hard work, better train-ability etc.

I volunteer at a unit, I was also in for the full 7 years as a youth. You can join 12-18. You can join at 18 spend a year in and when your 19th rolls around you're "aged out".

Now how about then plastic card inside the beret (pending removal of liner). Did anyone of you trim this plastic card/badge backing to the shape of the cap badge?
