I appreciate the solid advice, but I gave up everything for this life and I'm dedicated to make it work, I've broken bones and now my body in pursuit of it, I'm well thought of by superiors even though I'm untrained, it all can't be for nothing I hope.
I hope it works out for me too, I'm...
Again solid advice, insight and so on which I appreciate very much. I'm hyper aware of most if not all trades are not friendly on the body. But there has to be somewhere I fit into all of this right? It can't be all doom and gloom, I'm also open to suggestions, advice etc as what my options may...
I appreciate the reply and what better person to ask this to, What would you conclude for a herniated disc? these issues never really resolve but im still operational I just need to be careful in what I do day to day heavy lifting wise to avoid further injury, im hoping to switch to a admin type...
Not sure where to post as there's no medical forum section on this site.
People who have been on tcat for injury did you ever request a early reassessment? If so what did that involve and look like for you
If be very happy doing all of that honestly it says it's 90 days training on the caf website though, can you confirm the 57 training days? Also where I'm airforce right now I'm assuming I'd be posted to a airforce unit after RQ?

If I did have a Pcat it'd be for probably no extreme heavy lifting for prolonged periods of time maybe maybe just a low risk pcat, as I said my tcat is for PT at own pace and frequency and this is all due to a back injury and I have zero interest in the Infantry and I have quite a good...
Also I should mention I know someone's whos untrained PCAT for mental health retained and this person has been in for 3 or 4 years now. Geographic limitation, mental health issues will never deploy but still retained.
It literally says PT at own pace and frequency and I've decoded the numbering system as it's available on DWAN and there's nothing alarming there pointing toward release im still capable of serving no 3B in sight. And they course loaded me while on this TCAT so that must say something right...
I have a valid force test, and the TCAT was issued by MO I never asked for it there's nothing to hide behind I still go to PT during course times and always went before 5 days a week all while on TCAT they still course loaded me while on it so it had no bearing on any of that nor did I want it...
Lots of back story and SQ injured me for life. But I'm still able to be operational and I could pass a FORCE test right now if I wanted too not that they are hard or anything lol and I'm currently enrolled In the hardest course book wise in the CAF so they say, I haven't been recoursed or...
Hello everyone,
just wondering if anyone has any insight into COT process and what the limitations are if your on a PCAT or TCAT, the canforgen doesn't specify either but the DAOD specified a no go for TCATs
