Actually, not only is that stupid, but dangerous.......Your body, while doing strenuous activity, requires up to 1L of water an hour. I know that that is alot to expect from CSS to be able to provide, but doing a 10hr ruck march, then a raid. With out hydrating properly, you will literaly cook...
