I have been working with Er Plus for a year now. I started as a temp fill first aider (OFA Lv3) and am now a full time construction safety officer. They have been very accommodating with my schedule, allowing me to attend every single tasking, training and other functions.

OFA Lv3 or above required as a minimum for first aid position
OFA Lv3 and BCIT csnt 1100 course required for CSO position (or equivalent)
Other occupational health and safety experience/position available.

was this cleared with Mike? I know where you're goin' with it, but it could be problematic. On the one hand, it acknowledges an employer's support. On the other, it's pretty much flagrant advertising. And it won't be long before troops start slagging employers, which could lead to libel/slander problems.

I'm gonna lock 'er down until I hear from The Boss on it.

Thanks for the heads-up para. I've unlocked the thread but let's be sure to keep it on track and stick to "positive" employers. As pointed out, complaints against "negative" employers could draw unwanted legal attention.

My class B job is awesome for allowing me weeks at a time to go away for training. Serious. Its wicked working for a bunch of guys who retired, then came back on Sup Res to work.  ;D
