Lets try both scenarios :)
1. Yes, the recruit reported a preexisting injury but passed the medical and injured it halfway thru bmq
2. No pre existing condition
If a recruit injures their knee during BMQ and the medical staff decide its going to take 4 or 5 months to recover and release you, what category would the release likely be?
3B? 5D?
I understand that your place on the merit list for applicants to the military is a combination of CFAT, education and interview scores.
However, once your in the military, how does something like education or CFAT play a role in promotions, if any?
Or, what are the major criteria for...
Ok thanks for the input.
I will be screwed if I cant do 5k in 25 mins? By screwed you mean what? released?
Why does the FORCE test only require level 6 shuttle run then?
Thanks for the response. So even if I pass the FORCE test or EXPRESS test depending on what they use, can i still choose to goto RFT if I cant do 5k in 25 or 30 minutes?
I just got an offer and start BMQ shortly, I was hoping to have more time to improve my running. I can do 3.5k in 22 mins and then im pretty much pooched, how do u think ill fair in BMQ? end of the pack?
I've seen some other threads that touch on this subject, but alot of them are 8 or 10 years old and so i'm wondering if things have changed.
1. What are the current requirements to finish BMQ? (eg. 13k ruck in 2.5 hours or whatever)
2. How much running is there really in BMQ?
Week 1 - twice...
