I guess that's what I meant. The countdown timer seems to be the last thing to finish loading so once that pops up I find all is well.

Seems (to me anyway) that the timer is taking a long time to load (the countdown to next CR) - until that loads the drop down doesn't function.

This is true. It's always interesting to see how the situation can change when relevant details are omitted. It's possible that you may have to put your plans on hold for a few years.

I am not an expert however I believe this would be considered very poor. I had -6.25 in each eye and was completely disqualified for all service. One month ago however I had LASIK surgery after which I have been tested at 20/20 uncorrected vision. I strongly recommend it.

I think part of it is to do with the fact that ROTP means 4 years drawing OCdt pay while a DEO who already has a degree starts as a 2Lt. Once the ROTP graduates and gets his commission he gets slightly more pay until each reaches Captain (which seems to be automatic.)

That aside, it's definitely a unique blade.
