I spent 28 of my 30 years of service as a Reg F officer.  With my qualifications and experience I'm as valuable as my Reg F peers at my rank, and the CF gets me at 85% of the salary I was being paid a year ago.  So that makes me a bargain, right? My pension does not come from the CF operations...
