    Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Imo the under represented west is just reception not reality. Per capita Alberta has a similar seat count to ontario. Where to problem is, is that since Ab, and Sask usually vote predominantly conservative they only get a voice in opposition unless the conservatives form a government. Usually...

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

Exactly why they are trying to take the shooter out of the equation as much as possible. The optic situation is a mess and with the transition from acims to SharePoint right now, I find it difficult to find answers without ending up at dead links According to one person I know at the DLR...

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

You also have to factor in a surpressor being added to compensate for the increased muzzle flash of a shorter barrel. Its a very well thought design

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

Let's just say for now that, thats not only accounted for but we will see an increase in life span of the rifle

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

Point 1. I cant go into details but the barrels are different Point 2. I dont think you understand how dramatically the ballistics change with barrel size reduction. If you take the current C7 with a 18.5" barrel and drop that to 12.5". Youll lose 250-350 ft per second in velocity, upto a 25%...

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

I asked someone close to the project whos been in industry, answer i got was a lecture as to why piston driven isnt the correct term and even industry people mis use it. It sounds like it might be DI but I am not 100%

Who's clutching? Im giving my opinion based on all publicly available statements, you seem to be reading between the lines as to why this will fail? I see one of us grasping at straws but from ny position it isnt me. Partnership also doesnt mean everyone has to agree, I can be your business...

Canadian modular assault rifle project, a C7 replacement?

Full spectrum is only for the infantry. It includes a longer barrel compared to the GS, different optics and a surpressor, with an optional TWS. Note the announcement also covers new ammunition. Which is a new ball round, which will give the GS an effective range of 300m (with a barrel even...

    Pipelines, energy and natural resources

Partnership isnt consent, again, I can find no mention of mark carney explicitly saying FN consent is required. Regarding pipelines, the BC coast is just one potential pathway, there are others, ones with much less resistance that no one seems to be going for either.

    Pipelines, energy and natural resources

Let me ask you this, if you go ahead without their consent what do you think the outcome would be? On the topic of what was said, Juno, being the good anti liberal network it is, likely twisted his words, a 20 minute search and watching of several videos shows no statement of explicit consent...

No one said FN have to approve, section 35 of the constitution requires consultation with FN, we cant avoid that. The industrial carbon tax also isnt hurting the industry like some claim.
