I will indeed... In my experience...it has always been wise to listen and heed the words of those who are in the know...aka elders I have a huge amount of respect for experience and knowledge  :salute: HL

IMO BMI has it's place...as part of an overall assessment...you have to look at all of the data and decide whether the BMI is or isn't an accurate reflection in relation to the other collected data... I am in agreement with the whole...fat/muscle discussion as mentioned above...in my experience...

Wes...I have Zambie hikers and I love them...they are sturdy but very cushioned all at the same time...bar none they are the most comfortable pair of foot wear I own (and I own alot of footwear  :P)...with vibram sole...they were a bit stiff at the get go but they break in quickly and easily...I...

Exactly vG... Oh another great thing that happened today...my MCC who fought tooth and nail to get me in and had transferred out of the recruiting office just before my offer came through...came back to the CFRC to do my swearing in...he ended up doing everybody's but a Bombardier who was...
