It is my sad duty to report that a member of this site beach_bum aka Cpl (Ret'd) Carole Bronson passed away this past weekend.

If I am not mistaken some bridging equipment is still held in Chilliwack while the rest is with 1 EET in Wainwright (I think ).
As for bridge commander that is on the QL6A (DP3A) Section Commander Course (Sgt's course)
That doesn't mean much, they can be sent to other Training Centres to complete BMQ-L, it just depends how switched on the HOLDING Troop staff is.

As for the DEU's unless it says optional (like for staff at CFSME) I would bring it... remember as staff you might have to attend the PLQ (or what ever it is called now) grads...
Round and round we go with this.... when in doubt about anything there is always a reference or publication which tells you what to do... you should look it up....

BTW bridging is back as core training (again)....and now soon is tactical minefields....
