Hey, was an EO tech for 15 years before recently commissioning, feel free to ask away. Btw, POET is no longer a separate course for EO Techs, it is integrated into the QL3/DP1 course so I'm not sure how a PLAR would go in this case.

Yup my mistake, edited my post to read div patch instead of brigade. So Navy pers wearing the ensign as opposed to a div patch seems reasonable (as reasonable as all the patch business is). Is there a pic where it is actually taking the place of the Canada flag?

And proof of passing the courses the ILP has been submitted for. If you fail the course, you are not reimbursed. So no, you do not just get that money to use where ever you want.

Unless the pic is flipped, it doesnt look like the Canada flag is being replaced as it is worn on the left side...it looks like this is being worn in lieu of a div patch.
