How exactly does selection board work? Is it that every eligible merit listed candidate is selected or is there a quota for each month? I know there are annual quotas for each trade but what about for each selection board? I am 043 (combat engineer..) merit listed and the next selection board...

You can also get into the American military as an illegal alien since recruiters have quotas to fill and have been known to in the past recruit anybody they can, wherever they can, including illegal aliens.
