Now in Shilo, there is only a doctor Tuesday-Thursday and they are only there in the mornings. It is surprising how many people kept there family doctors in Winnipeg when 2 PPCLI moved here last summer.

Make sure you speak with your doctor and try this before you leave for St.Jean. BTW you are NOT on a monophasic pill (mono cycle) so it might not work.

I took some MMA in Winnipeg, but had to stop when I moved to Shilo. I miss it and wish I could have continued.

The military will try to post spouses together, but sometimes it does not happen. It helps a lot if you wear the same uniform.
