I think its probably just the lack of ever employing it or seeing it employed that made me gloss over it. Im also generally indifferent to section and platoon sharp shooters, Id prefer to see a CG / NLAW / what ever AT and HE projector in there myself.

Well Alex McColl is a huge Gripen guy on twitter... well huge in the context of Canadian defence commentary. HT sounds like they work at DLR 5-4 outside of the gripen comments.
The only complaint is the brown mesh looks worse than black mesh. However after a full day of sledding in the mou trains, complete with a lot of digging my snowmobile out, I would dry out the base layer in not time at all. Thats on my body under layers as well.
