eBay does it again... Airborne Folks may want to look.

I have seen several coins up for auction on eBay and each time I do contact the Airborne Association, through the Airborne Association kitshop at [email protected]  (aka Joe Drouin). I did so in this case, contacted Marlene and that is that.  Unless someone is willing to donate $200 USD, to...

    CADETS SUPPORT OUR TROOPS

Besides visible support, like tshirts and so-on, not much support goes to the troops (besides the visual).  Many people are making loads of cash from "Support our Troops" merchandise using similiar ideas. Our Cadet Corps prepared a banner, which is enroute to the Multi-National Hospital at KAH...

Army Cadet Corps Flag - Damaged

You can get it cleaned, but it could also be time for a new flag. :'( Flags are not that expensive when you get them done by someone who knows what they are doing.  Joe Drouin (in Gatineau) and Penny's both deal with companies overseas and you can get a flag at half the price if not cheaper. ...

    Old Army cadet uniforms

The left arm sounds good. As for the "Bisley" badge, I am not 100% sure ???  It may go atop the left pocket, where the wings would go ???

There were no camp badges on the right arm. The silver star w/wreath, from what I remember was silver star, plus an instructor summer course.

    How to deal

Written complaints are, in a way, a more concrete complaint.  They CO may be covering his/her behind. The CO is not the person to go to in any case.  You should be speaking with your UHRA (as everyone else has stated).  If you are not satisfied, you are permitted to contact your Regional UHRA.

    CIC And PRes

In some cases a person was CIC, but only on paper.  The accoutrements were never changed. From personal experience, the great majority of CIC officers working outside the normal CIC domain were hired in administrative roles at the HQ levels, hidden in the maze of hallways, in a dark closet. ...

    CIC And PRes

Thanks Chris ;) Piper, It really does happen quite a bit, still today.  Many CIC officers are currently employed with the Ranger and Junior Ranger programmes.  CIC officers are an extremely diverse branch of the CF, perhaps (dare I say) more diverse than any other branch or MOSAID. Looking at...

If you are looking for the proper badge placement, that's easy.  Everything but the course badges is the same for the right sleeve.  Only the star, rank, roundel and shoulder flash were on the right side.
