Wrist Watch Recommendations - Merged Thread

i use an Ironman watch too.  They haven't been that rugged though, the face plate is always coming off.  Other than that I haven't had a problem.  You can also turn off the Alarm.  I agree, God help you if you don't.  With the analog watch you can't see them in the dark.   V

    Watches

Just curious about the preferred watches.  Personally, I have an Ironman watch.  Just seems to make sense, alarm, backlight, and water proof.  I have had a variety of watches this one makes sense, just practical.  I can't see analog watches at night, and there's no alarm to make sure your a...

    Ph.D infantry soldiers

There are a lot of degree holders in the reserves anyway, myself included.  Working on masters, than PH.D and a buddy is working on Phd.D.  It's not that big of a deal.  I chose to be NCM because I push enough paper in my civilian job.  To tell you the truth I don't really see the difference...

    Sigs Platoon?

I'm trying to think positive about this... Yes, I think I have heard all the coffee jokes in the last 24 hours that I can handle.  Apparently, this is the first time there has been a Sigs Platoon. At least in the reserves, but I'm here to testify there is.      Thanks...       V   cream or...

Pushups- Try Reading Here First- Merged Thread

I have had sore wrists too.  I switched to doing them on knuckles when my writs are sore.  I have found that a good warm up of exercise helps, and a bit of stretching. I have also been doing push-ups on a bosa ball, different positions.  I believe the problem for myself is that I've been doing...
