Same here.  Sling clip was always through one of the vent holes. And you didn't just have one 30 round mag, it was two 30 round mags taped together.  Only saw the 10 round mag when we had the classroom instruction on the SMG but in the field, just the 30 round mags used Rare when I got to carry...
