The TAPV would be classed as an "A" veh. This is due to the armour being integral to the veh. A "B" veh would have an add on kit available to provide armour for it, along with the fact it would be a type of logistic or liaison veh.
Good luck with maint and spares then. The best support is delivered when you need it and where you want it. CCV maint contracts won't come repair a veh out at Post Office. You'll have to get it back into the hardstand in Wainwright.
There is no way a clerk requires a C8A3 to do any of their duties. Unless that is what their Sqn has issued them, but unless you are part of an "A" veh crew there is little requirement of the LCF of a carbine.
And such a letter has gone forward, but TB can take a long time to action. My former ETQMS was the example stated in the letter as his house in Irma cost over 250,000.
The soldiers as far as i know compete in their specialties on their own time. The club is a venue for training during a bit of work time, and furthering the knowledge of the uninitiated. Several of my soldiers have joined the club to increase their fitness level along with their knowledge.
