Thank you, I know of some staff at the MIR who tend to park in client parking spots where I may give these tickets to because they are to lazy to walk from the staff parking lot thats 25'-35' away.
In ref to beards in gas masks. I have seen member with beards have a perfect seal while wearing the gas mask with the addition of Vaseline. Though after putting the Vaseline into their beard they chose to shave, because of less hassle.
If they are looking at it for Political issues, then it seems as they will pick another Army CDS, for as everything is finally winding down, the Canadian Army seems to be less of a political burden. Unless something flares up else wheres in the world, that needs our attention.
I definitely would suggest using your INSIDE voice, because most VAC offices are collocated with IPSC staff and which you will be corrected if you become to excessively noticeable or problematic.

For your night nav, if you have a second red filter for an elbow light. I would recommend drilling a very small hole in the centre of the filter.
That way there you have your red filter for night time and can see all the markings on you map because the filter will let out a little bit of white...

I like the idea of the Canadian Red Ensign, the only issue, would be for new CF members who has no clue what that flag is because they slept though history class.
