As I have not been at work nor read the CANFORGEN, I am not sure if members update their Posting Preferences on EMAA if they will be translated into HRMS. In turn updates to MPRR's are only completed through HRMS so then begs the question of discrepancies between EMAA and HRMS are going to...
As an MPO, when would you actually expect to be 1) on a ship, 2) diving with the ships dive team, 3) effecting boardings in the sandbox or 4) need any of them as part of your occupation?
My guess is you didn't think this question through before posting it.
If VOT, then as ModlrMike has stated. But if COT, then you retain your current rate of pay until your rank and incentive in the new occupation equates or surpasses it.
Incidentally, the final authority on PER Greivances was delegated about 2 years ago to Base Commanders (or equivalent) and is no longer DGCFGA. Now I know there was/is a message to this effect however do not recall which series or where it is located.

Found this link on the Borden Air Show website listing all Air Reserve employment oppurtunities in Ontario.
Not surprising as it would be safe to summise that those you saw in uniform were there working for the Air Show, or were ordered to attend to put uniforms on the ground, the vast majority of whom likely did not even work at 16 Wing. In either case they could not be expected to know whom within...
Makes sense to me as you need to be 4's qual and 30 months of service.
As for PT time, look at the DAOD on the subject, minimum of 5 X 60 minutes per week. It of course comes with caveats to allow flexibility in its enforcement to CO's.
Been there and lived that as well. We were still wearing our UN Blue beret's in TO when I was told the "Welcome To My Country". This is where I politely stated the obvious, "You see that my passport is Canadian, that I am in the Canadian military?, Yes he responded and I simply replied "The...
Note that I am a strong proponent the mbr's are always ultimately responsible for their pay. In their defence however, when dealing with CT's and ETP's, it can be nightmarish for members to know what it is they are expected to receive. Fact is with these issues mbr's cannot be expected to be...
Unfortunately this ability does not exist. only by entering the information into HRMS which in turn triggers changes in CCPS can the amounts be determined. Don't get me wrong, you and I could sit down with all your paperwork and do our best to figure out what it should look like, both those...
Contrary to Jungle, the error is not always the clerks' as it is simply data entry based on direction received. Rather the clerks are responsible to enter information based on direction and messages received from higher authorities. I am not saying that errors are not caused by clerks as to err...
Talk to your OR and call CFIRP, you are entitled to your first move of HG&E, and they will answer all your questions. Read the CFIRP policy found at several locations in these forums and you will find the applicable article to yourself.
As clearly stated in this very thread and others, as well as the CANFORGEN released to this effect, a Casual Allowance would instead be granted.
Your overseas questions have also been answered in this thread and others, also take the time to read the references and you will answer all your own...
