First of all IMO there is no such thing as showing up for course too fit. Your fitness level is the only thing you have control over before you start your courses. The course staff will throw all kinds of crap at your to increase your stress level but if you're fit and you don't struggle with...

I don't wanna be the bearer of bad news but as a young fit recruit an 8 minute mile shouldn't be such a tall order. That means you should be able to do 5km in about 24-25 minutes. If you're doing a 10 minute mile or 5km in 30 minutes you've got a way to go. You might wanna do some things like...

I prefer the uniform styles that are being issued by our allies now in multi-cam as well as the some the after market kit that's available for example some of the stuff that produced by Crye Precision. Unfortunately there isn't as much kit produced in CADPAT as obviously we're the only force...

I read the specs and found it odd that it's proposed to be made in multi cam. I was under the impression that the CF wasn't looking to change from CADPAT.

Sorry but I can't be sympathetic here. Life is about choices and to go 23 years without managing to find meaningful employment IMO is a failing of the individual not the system.
