    Canadian Forces Salute Video

Ok, so at first I thought, dear lord not another video. The support videos were cute and sweet for the first part of the tour but now everyone is making them and they all use that three doors down song and it was making me crazy. But your video was awesome, it was refreshing not to see a montage...

Response's To "Ruxted On The Media's Handling Of Cpl. Boneca's Death"

I think there is a shared responsibility between the press and this young woman and her family. The media didnt have to run the story but the girlfriend didnt have to run to them to tell it. I think it's sad that they are dragging this young man's memory through the mud. I know things are said...

Slain soldier 'disillusioned' by Afghanistan duty

Ummm, did you not read the first couple of posts. This is the main story on the CTV website. But this isnt about the media. He said it, they printed it. It's a story, perhaps not one we want to hear but a story none the less. I think the girlfriends father should have perhaps checked with the...

    Respect and Etiquette

2 cdo, that is a vast generalization. People are people, jerks are jerks. Young, old, whatever. I deal with the public all the time and yeah I have young kids being arses, but I also have older people who think that age gives them the right to treat me like a piece of crap. I think in general...

Husband leaves for first tour in July

I may be wrong, but I was under the assumption that whoever you put as next of kin receives your death benefits if something should happen. I know there is a will as well , but i thought that was just for your possessions.  :-\

Anyone in Lancaster Park lose their dog??

The dogs from Lancaster park do not go to the pound. They go to the Humane society, where they are well taken care of and eventually if no one claims them, they may find a new home. The least you can do at this point is take it to a vet and have them check for a microchip or a tattoo. I would be...

Anyone in Lancaster Park lose their dog??

You could bring it to the humane society, so they can check it for ID (like a microchip or a tattoo) and put it up on their website. :D

CFHA Residential Housing Unit (RHU)-old PMQ [MERGED]

While babysitting Booked_Spices house the water came back last weekend, and let me tell you. I would rather live in a box than deal with CFHA.
