Let your principal know whats up and then request to write them on another day. They should have no problem with that.

I too am awaiting my call but for ACISS (Merit Listed), Combat Engineer or Field Artillery! All you can do now is wait and we shall hopefully know by next week. Good luck! Do everything you can to make the time go by easier.

Don't worry too much about your CFAT. Brush up on your basic math skills. (Multiplication, Division, Fractions and Decimals). Read the dictionary once and while for words you might not have known, PRACTICE , PRACTICE, PRACTICE and you will do just fine :)

If I can offer any advice on this it would have to be: All you can do from this point until roughly the end of April and if your one of the lucky few who get selected is to just Hurry up and Wait... Go play some Xbox or hit the gym. Its the government of Canada it takes some time. 

Thanks for the post JSR Op.. Was waiting for a fellow leftys opinion and advice. I didn't take into consideration the eyes closed aspect. And I feel like one eye closed is way easier to use the iron sight and the proper way to use it?

My Recruiter notified me as long as it isnt above the collarbone line,  and not offensive or slanderess then that it would be okay. Let them know if it is really on your mind and bothering you but I would not worry about it.

I am not worried about getting hit in the face.. Nor am I really that worried about casings flying out of the the rifle, I feel that I would just be distracted by it but I'll just have to wait and see. Thank you for the replys.

Hello all, I'm a left handed shooter and was i just wondering if the C7 is able to me modified in a way that the casing can eject from the left side instead of the right? As I dont want the shells to be flying past my face. Thanks, Sean
