The CAF tends to keep stuff well past the best before date.

It’s a tough thing to lose children to accidents and war. There is a fair bit of bureaucracy involved when one of our own is KIA. I cannot imagine how it is for a “foreign” fighter that is KIA in a far off land, I hope his dad is successful in his endeavours. RIP
