That is what I thought as well. WRT short leave, the language in the leave manual is the same, where the CO or his delegate may approve up to two shorts per month for a member of a unit. Nowhere there or the respective QR&O chapter does it reference eligibility while on subsidized education at all.

Never got one from RMC. The one from your CFRC is all that you'll get, plus a copy-paste generic letter (without your name) from the Registrar RMC

Nothing to worry about man! I know CF OSINT team was on leave 16 Dec to 13 Jan and my medical guy was out during the same period. Probably just a backlog of work for the security screening guys. I'm more worried about getting a slot for Int than getting my clearance LOL

Not sure if CFRC does but block leave was 4 weeks during the winter. When did you finish your validation info / sign your security screening form? Shouldn't be that long. I'm not sure if they actually tell you that your RS gets approved or not or if they just proceed with the next step of the...
