I think it was more than a few 'bad apples'. I think they  were following orders. One thing I don't understand is why they hell they would take pictures. I wonder if they were ordered to do that?

I was in school...(college). A friend of mine's mom was in New York (near the WTC) at the time . And he was pretty concerned, needless to say. It was a sad day, I was not there...but god dammit I will never forget!
