    I've been trying to find the court records to respond but it's very hard to track down. There was a Pte at CFB Borden charged with weapon offenses soon after Pte Fletcher's death (Ammo 223 and an AR-15) which was linked to this case but the NIS did not investigate it much.

    FYI - This was Pte (William) Fletcher who passed away while on a training exercise at CFB Borden with RCEME. William Wallace Malcolm Fletcher | Beechwood He was found with 3 rounds to his chest (223 rounds found near his body).
