If your talking about conestoga college, its a bit of a drive from there, its on 15 Duke St. in Kitchener (pretty sure), why don't you just use map quest and see on there.

Now, I am going away for my SQ/QL3 this summer and I was wondering, how they seperate the troops, will they take like 2 or three from each unit and make a 40 person platoon with different people from different regiments or will they keep us as our units? If anyone could let me know how it works...

you don't have to quit cadets, pendind on who you are, you can do both at the same time, from my point of view it is better to quit cadets and join the reserves, but to answer your question, no you don't have to quit cadets to join the reserves
