12 years?

Okay, so I received my ROTP offer today -- Intel Officer in Air (I originally applied for Army, yet a challenge would be cool ), and whoever I was speaking to said that my contract was 12 years, school included. So with my math, four years of school means I owe them... 8 years? I thought it was... 5 years, max? Just curious!

Obviously you haven't been paying attention to any of the topics that covered this subject.  As many of these topics say: "each Trade has different TERMS of SERVICE".  If you have any further questions, take it to the CFRC and ask them what kind of contract they have offered you.
