When I first saw the footage, I thought that more than zero crew members ejected into the other jet’s fuselage. I’m really happy to hear that all crew members are safe.

So the chain of command above them that ordered them to perform at a show with low density / high cost aircraft should face sanctions?

Because those are the folks who need to be punished, not the pilots ordered to perform a show.

That angle is a lot cleared and makes it appear that the trail aircraft was slightly higher than the lead and couldn't see that lead was slowly climbing up.

Those four guys need to go out and buy a lot of lottery tickets - after the impact, they had a tremendous amount of luck working for them.
