Ok all you budding, established or armchair academics, here's an opportunity to write an essay on the Navy and have it published in the Naval Review. Topics for this year's competition are:
1. How relevant is the Canadian Navy today?
2. Does Canada take its maritime responsibility seriously
enough?
3. Who can and who should enforce Canada’s ocean
policy?
Prizes for the winning essays are:
First Prize $1,000
Second Prize $500
Third Prize $250
Deadline for submissions is: May 31, 2007
