I wanted to thank 5 Field Amb for the invitation to a mess dinner and the absolutely fabulous time Paul and I had this past week. 
Ratcatcher, good to "catch" up with you.  You look well and and your SO was really nice.
Thank you also to RSM Richard who spent an entire afternoon with us showing us his beautiful city with a personal guided tour.  Fantastic sights and fantastic company.  Then some wings with a few guys afterwards.  I couldn't have imagined a better day.
I had never really been to Quebec before, and I am glad I went to see the sights.  We will defiantly be back!

It was our great pleausre to have you with us. Some of our members are already on the ground and as for myself I have another couple weeks to spend with my wife before we get to shake hands only. I passed the link for this post to RSM Horlick and CSM Richard, I am sure that they appriciated the post.

It's too bad you missed the parade, I could see a photo in the news paper of Paul in his chair beating a protester with one of his prosthesis!! That would have been classic Paul, but I digress.

I went to the War Museum with my wife over the leave period to see Pauls display. I was truly amazed at what they included. I had a veteran standing next to me and he commented that people like Paul are an inspiration. I just turned to him, shook his hand and said I would pass that comment on to him (through you via this method), he asked if I knew Paul from the military and I said yes. He shook my hand again and said God Bless.
