Looks like a few cadet camps will now be able to support winter camps after some recent investments.  Did that all come out of the defence budget or another department?

No wonder there was no March madness this year, extra funds were gone by November.

Other than the Meaford gathering place, it feels like CE jumped on the opportunity to get a drift of pre-existing work funded.
 
It looks as a good step that federal government spent $6.4 million renovating accommodations on five military bases to provide temporary living arrangements for Syrian refugees, but none of the facilities have been used.The upgrades to military buildings created enough lodging for 6,159 refugees, at a cost of a little more than $1,000 per bed..
