Accepting foreign titles while in the military?

Okay so I have been thinking about acquiring citizenship and the title of "Lord" in The Principality of Sealand (http://www.sealandgov.org/). Since it's an official title I was just wondering if there is anything I need to be made aware of in regards to CF policy before I accept my citizenship and title.

Would it affect my security clearance?
Would I have to submit a lot of extra paperwork?
